This policy outlines the procedures for addressing allegations of intellectual property infringement, including copyright and other IP rights, on our website and services. We reserve the right to remove infringing content and, when appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

How to Report Copyright Violations

Note: Your notice, including your contact information, may be shared with the user alleged to have infringed your rights.


Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a Counter Notice. The counter notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or any district where CarveDEPOT.com is accessible, if you reside outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant

If we do not receive notice of legal action from the original complainant within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, CarveDEPOT.com and LHR Technologies, Inc. reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts found to repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
