Counter Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a Counter Notice. The counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or any district where CarveDEPOT.com is accessible, if you reside outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant

Repeat Infringers
